To invite users sign in to your company account.


Click on users in the top menu.


Click invite.




Select your email invitation template (when not using default template).


Select the alert(s) that you want to use.


Click next.


When you already know who you want to invite, select employees by checking the box(es) and click send.


When you have a lot of employees, or you want to invite a certain group of them, you can filter them based on department, region Business Unit and Job Category.


Just click on the filter icon in the top.


Enter the department, region BU and or job category you want to filter on.


Check all the employees you want to invite and click send.
