The sign up page with rules is intended for companies that have a lot of different filters.

When you have a lot of filters, your employees will have to scroll through a long list.

Chance are that they won´t do this.

The Signup page with rules, matches content and employees in advance.

How do you set up a rule? Let’s first start with employees. To make content and employees match, you will need to fill out some criteria such as:

• Job category

• Department

• Business unit

• Region

You don’t have to fill all of them, in most cases 1 can be enough. When you fill more fields it improves your targeting options .

For matching content with employees we also need filters. These were already created. When you don’t have filters yet, please create them first.

I our case I want to match this employee with sales jobs (filter).

Because I already created my filter, I can move on to creating the rule.

Move your mouse over your name in the top right corner, click on Edit Company.

In the screen that opens, click the center tab that says rules, click on add new rule and give your rule a name. It’s best to select a name that relates to your content.

Enter your criteria, per rule.

In this case, our rule is matching sales jobs to all people that have sales as department.

Now match the filter (sales jobs).

Click save and your rule is created.

Now we move on to your employees en what they will see.

First you will have to give them a link to get to this sign up page.

You can find your company links here by clicking the green button.

Clicking the button opens a screen with 3 links, we need the second link. The First one is the regular signup page, the third one is for the image carrousel.

There a lot of ways to distribute this link to employees. You only need this link. So no extra link for an extra rule, it's just this one.

An employee that clicks the link will see the following page (with your own logo off course):

Only needs to enter his email address. The Cure will understand on basis of the created rule(s) what filters to select for this type of employee.

When clicking next, this screen will be the result for all employees that have sales as their department.

He gets his content presented based on the created rule(s), sets his update frequency.

The Sales Jobs Filter is preselected. All that’s needed now, is connecting social networks.
